Sometimes albums will simply amaze me. Take Ratatat's 20 minute EP, 9 Beats. Very spare drumming with little guitar and structure, most songs lasting less than two minutes. And yes, its 9 songs are titled Beat 01, Beat 02, etc. Another addition to their love of hip hop remixes, this could be the backing tracks for one fucked up MC. Check out Beat 02 by Ratatat
